product. My is perfect for these juicy but crispy chicken burgers with brioche buns with sriracha mayo. It is so easy to use, it means you don’t have to use a lot of oil and it is super efficient to clean as everything that gets dirty just comes out of it!

I used 4 of the 8 ninja settings for these burgers:
– The keep warm setting to prove my brioche buns in half the time
– The air fry to get the perfect crispy buttermilk batter on each chicken thigh without using a lot of oil
– The bake to cook my brioche buns
– The grill to toast the brioche buns once cooked and to melt the cheese

Chicken patty recipe:
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 pot buttermilk
100g plain flour
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper

1. Overnight leave your chicken in the buttermilk covered in the fridge
2. Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
3. Spray your air fry tray with oil (you can pan fry too)
4. Take the chicken out of the buttermilk, wipe off any excess and dip in the flour mix to coat
5. Place on the air fry basket and repeat with the rest of the chicken thighs
6. Air fry for 30 mins at 200 degrees
7. Serve with brioche buns (I use recipe), lettuce, mayo, and cheese
